Weekends are always better with girlfriends + wine! Am I right? Friday night was a blast with my private group class. Pan Sear Wild Cod was the featured entree and the meal was complete with chocolate mousse. Yum!
Saturday was my second "Craving Spring" class with artichoke cheese squares, fragrant herb roasted chicken, spring vegetable and goat cheese tart, and carrot cake in a Mason jar! These ladies are ready to wow their families and friends with their culinary skills. I see delicious Easter dinners in the near future :)
