Tonight, we celebrated! Three students have officially been inducted into the honorary "Crème Club". My "Crème Club" girls have attended six or more cooking classes. They received their own personal "Crème Club" apron to take home as a thank you!

First recipe of the night: Toasted Parmesan Zucchini with my special pizza sauce recipe. My Crème Club girls stepped it up slicing zucchini and coating it in a special breading.
Next, I passed out the sauce recipes. At this class, I made a versatile red pizza sauce recipe and a white pizza sauce that's perfect for my Prosciutto & Arugula White Pizza. My heart dish is Le Creuset. There's nothing more appetizing than fresh garlic, basil, and thyme...am I right?!? Lucky for me I've got it growing in my garden!
Next up...homemade pizza dough! This is seriously so easy you guys!!! You will never need to buy a frozen or take-out pizza again. We also started on the dessert...a "cannoli" inspired dessert pizza.
Always a blast with this crew!! It's such a treat to catch up on life and cook with friends.
We grilled the Margherita pizza outside and baked the Prosciutto Arugula pizza in my oven. Both were super easy and tasty! As you can see...that dessert pizza did not last long...Yum!!!
