Tonight was my first Summer BBQ Favorites class! We had three Crème Club ladies in attendance. We started munching on Truffled Parmesan Popcorn, Mini Cornbread Loaves with Honey Butter, and Festive Berry Kabobs.
Brenda helped slice tomatoes while I worked on prepping the ciabatta bread for the Panzanella Salad.
Sometimes mistakes make the BEST lessons. After leaving the ciabatta loaf on the grill for a bit too long, we had to start anew. Off to the trash the burnt loaf went! ...On the right, is the correctly smoky, toasted loaf.
We mixed up the Panzanella Salad and let all the delicious vinaigrette soak into that crusty bread.
Next up: Asiago Potatoes and Prosciutto Wrapped Pork Tenderloin.
The end result was FAB. FAB. FAB!!! Happy Summer Barbecuing!
