Preparing for Spring!

On March 14th, we welcomed both old and new faces for our March menu, "Easter Brunch Made Easy." Champagne Punch, Quick Croissant Eggs Benedict, Spinach and Cheese Quiche, and Chocolate Easter Puff Pastry- and it was so so good! The Easter Bunny might be a little jealous about this one! Thank you to the returning for making this another memorable class, and to the newcomers for trying something new! Good luck to you all with your Easter brunches!
