Celebrating the New Year with Italian

We were so excited to celebrate the welcoming of 2018 with a group of wonderful ladies with it! Contrasting to the new year, however, we revisited an old favorite- cozy italian. It was as delicious as usual! We did have a bit of a tweak on the focaccia, though, as I taught the class a lesson on the consequences of over-rising your bread (see below). The rest of the night turned out mouth-watering and stomach-growling- as best a success as we can have! Thanks to the ladies that made our first class of the year so memorable!
