"Any More Bacon?"

On December 8th, I dusted off one of my early menus for the night- Appetizer Party! With it paired a group of ecstatic couples, who included friendships established thirty years ago. And they were ready to learn! On the menu was Ham and Parmesan Canapès, Candied Bacon, White Cheddar Caramelized Onion Dip, and Chicken Wontons. The menu turned out mouth-wateringly delicious; there wasn't enough candied bacon to go around! It was another night filled with good eats, laughs, and memories, and nothing like that fits better in the Christmas season!
