Last weekend, I indulged in a little holiday baking -- sugar cookies and pistachio holly cookies for a holiday party! I hosted my husband Adrian's work team Saturday evening. Many of my students asked if I was catering the food or making it myself... ...you know I love to cook! I made Cheesy Mexican Bean Dip and my Puff Pastry Wreath from the Crème Cookbook.
A few things I'm looking forward to this week:
(1) My oldest son Jake is coming home for Christmas from New Mexico!
(2) Homemade Tamales for Christmas Eve!
