Too Delicious Tacos

Last week, we welcomed in a group of couples for our “Tale of Two Tacos” menu, and what a delight! Simple Guacamole, Chipotle Shrimp Taco with Charred Mexican Corn, Pork Carnitas Taco with Jalapeno Slaw, and to top it all off, Sopapillas with Cajeta. So good! It was a wonderful evening spent with fun, food-loving people. What more could you ask for?

Delicious Spanish Tapas

Last week we held our public class, with a unique menu, “Fun and Easy Tapas”! The menu included Traditional Sangria, Sizzling Chili Shrimp, Chicken and Ham Croquettes, Potato and Chorizo Empanadas. Every item on the menu was SO delicious! And to make it better, I had an awesome group of students (and one new Creme Club member, Christine Vosik!) who made it all the better. Thanks for a wonderful night!

Tummies Full of Lasagna

“Cozy Italian” makes its triumphant return! We’ve missed it since the beginning of the year! Focaccia Bread, Pan Fried Provolone Salad, Paula’s Lasagna, and Affogato- absolutely delicious! It’s also the perfect menu for the fall weather we’ve been seeing lately. It was also such a joy to meet new students and host returning was! You all made this night so special. Thank you for that!

Country Cuisine!

On September 19th, we held a very special public event for our new menu, “Country Cuisine”! The menu featured delights such as Perfect Chicken Fried Steak, Mashed Potatoes with Peppered Gravy, Country Style Green Beans, and Angel Food Cake with Fresh Berries and “Créme” Anglaise. A mouth full! But from seeing old faces, and meeting new ones, the night was a blast! We even had a long-time student, Aimee, bring in some homemade Salted Caramel Macarons! Delicious! Thanks again for another very successful public class, hope to see you all in my kitchen very soon!

What a party it was! Toasted Parmesan Zucchini, Homemade Pizza Dough, Paula’s Pizza Sauce, Pizza Margherita, White Pizza with Arugula and Prosciutto, and Nutella Pizza with Cannoli Cream! So so delicious! Thank you to my students for being such great help with all your hands-on help. What a fun-filled evening!
