My Hatch Chiles from New Mexico arrived!

I order them between August - October from The Hatch Chile Store in Hatch, New Mexico. Then, I spend an afternoon roasting them to use in my recipes throughout the winter.

After roasting, I cool to peel, and then freeze!  I love to use them in my Green Chile Stew and homemade breakfast burritos for my kids.
