Making New Friends

We had some Créme newbies in class Thursday night!  It is always so fun hearing each student's cooking background.  Some students know their way around a kitchen while others aren't afraid to admit that sometimes the kitchen can be a little overwhelming.  That's the beauty of Créme de la Créme classes!  It's just a safe place to talk about life, sharing cooking tips, and try new recipes. 

Look at all those beautiful shades of green!  It tasted as yummy as it looked too!  Creamy verde sauce for the enchiladas on the stove while Francesca and Chompers try to sneak a glimpse of my students!
