Twice As Nice

It's always such a compliment when you refer your family and friends to Crème!  My new friend Rita booked a private group with me last month for my Casa de Crème de la Crème menu and invited more friends to the Encore class.  She's the best!

I taught the girls how to make fluffy, delicious Mexican rice. No sticky rice here!

Did I fit all these tomatillos in my blender...sure did!  These chicken enchiladas never get old -- they are that good!
