Summer Staples at Avidor

We’re back at Avidor Living!

I have found SO much joy from our meetings to try the recipes, ideas, and tips I hand-pick for the residents’ enjoyment. This month, the menu I chose was themed for summer: fresh ingredients star in our Rustic Tomato Tart with Herbs de Provence and Kale Salad with Warm Pancetta Vinaigrette! This was truly one for the books. While I gave instruction on new methods such as working with puff pastry and making a warm vinaigrette, students were treated to great smells and beautiful views! I mean, look at that tart!!

It’s always so much fun to see my friends at Avidor. Can’t wait for the next one!
