When the Teacher Becomes the Student

Hello, once again, my crème foodies!

The crème kitchen had the pleasure of hosting James Benkis for a tutorial on creating traditional Polish Cabbage Rolls, also known as Gołąbki (Golumpki)!

All family members got their hands dirty while cooking and rolling these tiny little treasures! We were taught many techniques, from par cooking our rice to sautéing our onions until the edges are nicely browned. Give the dish plenty of time, but the end result is nothing but perfection!

Recipe NOT included as with most handed down family recipes like this—they are all in your head and learned best by watching.
