You know it's going to be a great class when we kick it off with a skinny margarita! Mexican cuisine was on the menu for my "Casa de Crème de la Créme" class. The girls learned my secrets to Roja Blender Salsa, Creamy Verde Chicken Enchiladas, Mexican Haystacks (Rice & Beans), and Fried Ice Cream.
