French Chefs in the Making!

Last week, we welcomed in the winners of the Wine, Women, and Shoes auction from last year- and we had such a blast! The menu of the night was “French Creme Countryside,” featuring French Martini, Classic Cheese Soufflè, Tomato Tart with Herb De Provence, and Cherry Clafoutis. So so yummy! From helping in the kitchen, to enjoying the beautiful view, we were so happy to host such an enthusiastic group. Thank you for joining us!

New Season, New Menu

We were very lucky to once again open our doors to a group of both fresh and familiar faces in another public class! This month’s menu was “Spring Picnic”- and it ended up being one of our faves! Roasted Garlic and Leek Goat Cheese Dip, Pulled Pork on Cheesy Ciabatta, and Country Baked Potato Salad. Scrumptious! We were even able to get our first outdoor picture of the year! Grilling Weather - Finally!

It was finally the perfect time to dust of the old grill after a long season left alone. On the menu for the night was “Grillin’ Cuban Style!”: Pineapple Mojito, Mojo Grilled Chicken, Cuban Black Beans, and Tres Leches Cake. Absolutely amazing! And to make it better, we had a wonderful group of guests join us. Thank you for the help- and all the laughs that came with!

The Coziest of Meals

We recently had the joy of welcoming in a group of couples for our “Cozy Italian” menu, and it was such a blast! From the Rosemary Focaccia with Herb Dipping Oil and the Pan Fried Provolone Salad, to the Perfect Lasagnas and Affogato, it was absolutely delicious! The Best Indian Food

Last week, we welcomed some long-time members of the Creme community, and new ones as well! They were all in for such a treat- our “Tase of India” menu! Naan Bread, Coconut Lime Rice, Chicken Tikka Masala, and a Mango Lassi Dessert. Delicious! It was wonderful to have familiar faces back and introduce new ones to a wonderful meal in a great setting. Amour February

Last week, we welcomed in a wonderful group for our February public menu- “Amour February,” filled with delectable eats you’ll want all-year! Champagne Cocktail, Chicken Parmesan Roll Ups, Creamy Ziti Bake, Green Beans Almondine, and Salted Caramel Pretzel Rods. What a perfect menu for Valentine’s Day! New Year, New Food

Last week, we held our first public class of 2019! The name of the menu was “Indulgences,” and if the name itself wasn’t enough- our spread included Crispy Chicken Sandwich topped with Spicy Brussels Sprouts Slaw, Quick Refrigerator Pickles, and Dense Dark Chocolate Cake. It was all absolutely divine. Another great start to the year at Creme de la Creme. Thank you for joining us for it!

Thai on a Freezing Night

Last week, we welcomed in a group of couples for our “Thai Classics” menu! Crispy Pork Spring Rolls with Sweet Chili Sauce, Chicken Pad Thai, and Crying Tiger, and all of it was absolutely delicious! And, trust me, going out to the grill in below-zero weather was worth it for the Crying Tiger! It was a night full of amazing food and wonderful people- thank you, and stay warm!

Tacos on a Cold Thursday

Last week, we welcomed in a group of friends and family celebrating a birthday. The menu couldn’t be better- “Tale of Two Tacos”! Simple Guacamole, Chipotle Shrimp Taco with Charred Mexican Corn, Pork Carnitas Taco with Jalapeno Slaw, and Sopapillas with Cajeta!
