Napa Valley: Part Deux

I just love this menu.  You just can't go wrong with bread and pasta.  Luckily, I've got Pure Barre in the morning to keep this menu in check.  Tonight was fantastic company.  I would expect nothing less from this group!  We bonded over teenagers, healthcare, and cooking.

This is an unusual class in that we make the entree first.  But, it's so important that we let it simmer and bask in all those yummy flavors for two hours.  I had some help chopping the onions, carrots, and celery.

After we got the Tuscan Pork Ragu started, we moved onto the Sage Cream Corn for the Bruschetta Bar.  It's so easy and delicious.

Chocolate + Croissants = Heaven!  We started on the Chocolate Croissant Bread Pudding so we would have an after dinner treat.

The warm vinaigrette on the chopped kale salad brights and softens for a delicious alternative to a regular green salad.

Time to eat... Thanks for a great evening ladies!  Cheers! XO Paula
