Tonight we threw a Pizza Party! Why go to a restaurant if you can have the whole shebang in your very own home?
We started with Toasted Parmesan Zucchini, a fresh spin on a deep fried favorite, toasted in the oven & served warm with a sprinkle of kosher salt.
Then, we made Homemade Pizza Dough & My Special Pizza Sauce (2 ways!), a little this and a little that with some garden fresh herbs goes a long way! ;-)
Pizza Margarita & White Pizza with Arugula & Prosciutto made the "cut" tonight.
These pizzas are baked until the dough is crisp and the cheese is golden & bubbly!
To finish the night, a creamy Cannoli Pizza with a Nutella drizzle. Extra Nutella of course!
So happy to host my sweet returning student, Brooke & her fabulous friends! Here's to hoping I have you in my kitchen again and looking forward to hearing about all of your pizza adventures.
