Screaming for Fried Ice Cream

January 26th was another night of Mexican favorites, and with an entertaining and enthusiastic group to go with! Roja Blender Salsa, Mexican Haystacks, Enchiladas with Creamy Verde Sauce, and topping it off with the reason everyone was there- the Fried Ice Cream! From rolling enchiladas, to picking at the ice cream topping all night, and all the laughs in between, its humble to say that it was a night to remember!
