The Best Chicken Francese
On April 12th, we held our monthly public class, with a menu months in the making! Thanks to a request by Brona Busold, and our new Creme Club member, Kerry Sautter, our menu featured a delicious Chicken Francese, paired perfectly with Aglio et Olio. With a Romaine Wedge Salad on the side, and topped off with a Simple Sorbet, the meal is perfect for the spring! Thanks to students new and old for coming to class, we loved having you!
