Sautéing Away

We were ecstatic to host, once again, our monthly public class on June 14th. The menu was "Sauté Away"- and it was nothing short of fabulous! Potato & Summer Veggie en Papillote, Pan Seared Wild Cod with Brown Butter Herb Sauce, and topping the ensemble off was White Chocolate Creams. If you're stomach isn't growling yet, you may have a problem. (; Thanks for another wonderful public class, and I hope you can use what you've learned in your own kitchens!
