On September 19th, we held a very special public event for our new menu, “Country Cuisine”! The menu featured delights such as Perfect Chicken Fried Steak, Mashed Potatoes with Peppered Gravy, Country Style Green Beans, and Angel Food Cake with Fresh Berries and “Créme” Anglaise. A mouth full! But from seeing old faces, and meeting new ones, the night was a blast! We even had a long-time student, Aimee, bring in some homemade Salted Caramel Macarons! Delicious! Thanks again for another very successful public class, hope to see you all in my kitchen very soon!
