An Introduction to Fall: Mexican Style!

On September 6th, we welcomed an intimate group of couples into our kitchen for our “Casa de Creme” menu. Roja Blender Salsa, Mexican Haystacks, Creamy Verde Chicken Enchiladas, and Fried Ice Cream- yum! From rolling ice cream, to wrapping enchiladas, the students were very enthusiastic and hands-on! All in all, it was another great night in my kitchen! Thank you!
