Lemony Chicken Salad on Puff Pastry

Ingredients:
2 rotisserie chicken breasts
1/2 cup toasted chopped walnuts
1/2 cup minced celery
1/2 cup quartered grapes 
1/2 of a large lemon-juiced 
2/3-3/4 cup mayo 
salt and pepper 
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Preparing Puff Pastry:
Rollout and cut into 12 squares
Grease a baking sheet.
Place onto sheet.


Create “Egg Wash” - Mix 1 egg and splash of cream

Brush with egg wash.
Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
Bake at 400 degrees.
(until golden brown and puffy)

Preparing Chicken Breast:
Chop and shred.
Place all into large mixing bowl.

Add walnuts, celery, grapes, lemon juice and mayo.
Add garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Serve:

Either split, or use two puff pastries.
Place chicken mixture between.
Garnish with grapes.
