Pear Arugula Flatbread
Ingredients:
Flatbread, Nan, or Pizza Crust of your choice
1 Pear
Handful Walnuts
Bundle of Thyme
2 ½ Cups Arugula
Handful Blue Cheese
1 Tablespoon Honey
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons White Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and brush your Flatbread with Olive Oil.
Thinly slice up your Pear and lay it on your Flatbread, then follow that with crumbled Blue Cheese, roughly chopped up your Walnuts, and finish with some sprigs of Thyme.
Place your Flatbread in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown. Watch carefully!
While that cooks, in a bowl, toss your Arugula with Honey, Olive Oil, White Balsamic Vinegar, and Salt and Pepper to taste!
Remove the Flatbread from the oven, and while it is warm, add the Arugula on top. Let it sit for a spell so all of the flavors can blend together.
Add the Arugula overtop the warm Flatbread.
Finish with a drizzle of Honey.
