Soft and Sweet Valentine’s Day Cake

Ingredients: 

18-25 Ounce Package of Strawberry Cake Mix 

16 Ounces Sour Cream

¼ Cup Melted Butter

2 Large Eggs

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Vegetable Cooking Spray 

Small Round Pan (3-4 Minutes Extra)

Instructions: 

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. 

Begin by beating the Strawberry Cake Mix, Sour Cream, Melted Butter, and Eggs with an electric mixer on low just until the dry ingredients are moistened. Increase speed to medium, and beat 304 minutes or until smooth, stopping to scrape bowl as needed. 

Spray your Small Round Pan with Cooking Spray and pour the batter evenly into it. 

Bake at 350 degrees for 28-29 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. 

Remove, cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes or so, and then leave to cool for an hour or until completely cooled.
