Cheesy Reuben Dip

Ingredients:

1/2 Loaf Pumpernickel Bread 

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
4-6 Ounces Parmesan, grated 

8 Ounces Cream Cheese  

1/2 Cup Thousand Island Dressing 

1/4 Cup of Mayonnaise  

1 Tablespoon Whole Grain Mustard 

1 Cup Saur Kraut (Drained) 

1 1/2 Cups Corned Beef, chopped 

1 1/2 Cups Swiss Cheese, shredded 

Instructions: 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  

Slice Pumpernickel Bread, place on a baking sheet, drizzle with Olive Oil, and sprinkle grated Parmesan on top. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees.  

In a bowl, add Cream Cheese, Thousand Island, Mayonnaise, Mustard, Saur Kraut, Corned Beef, and Swiss Cheese. Combine well using a hand mixer. Put in a baking dish. Dust Parmesan on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes. Enjoy!
