A Bit Of Butter

Bellinis on a Tuesday...yes please!  We had a great time practicing our brunch skills tonight. Everyone left with an arsenal of brunch favorites they can whip up for Christmas Day: Festive Bellinis, French Egg Scramble, Sparkling Cinnamon Sugar Breakfast Cakes, Sausage and Biscuit Pull Aparts, and Holiday Parfaits.

It's so simple to make a raspberry puree from scratch for the Bellinis.  With a few tasty additions, you don't need to splurge on the expensive Champagne.  It will taste fabulous every time!

Next, I showed my students how to make a French Egg Scramble.  This is a great recipe to have on the back burner while you are making other recipes.  It comes together a little slower than traditional scrambled eggs, but the taste and texture alone are worth it!

While the eggs cooked, I started the Sparkling Cinnamon Sugar Breakfast Cakes.  This recipe is super quick.  My kids devour them fresh out of the oven and even the day after!

I had to include a Southern favorite in this menu with my take on Biscuits and Gravy.  I bake the biscuit bites in a bundt pan and serve sausage gravy over the top...you guys.  You'll die it's so good!

After all the butter this evening, I knew the sweet dessert had to be on the nice list.  These Greek yogurt holiday parfaits are the perfect fix.  And they are so pretty!

Thank you for spending your Tuesday night in the Crème kitchen!  I can't wait to see pictures of your holiday brunches.  Cheers! XOXO Paula
