French Cooking: Family Style

Moms, sisters, friends...it was a close knit group this class! Cooking with your family is one of the best ways you can spend time together! I feel so honored they chose my cooking school as a girls night out.

French cooking was on the menu!  We chowed down on some warm Garlic Confit with crusty bread and then got down to business making with our Chocolate Mousse.  One of my students learned how to separate egg whites.  Great job!

Simple ingredients: potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, pearl onions...combine to make the most delicious Beef Bourguignon and Herbed New Potatoes.

A sunset cheers to Beef Bourguignon!  Until next week....XOXO Paula
