Bradley Cooper Is Back -- With A Birthday Bonus

Bradley Cooper was outshone tonight by a new teacher's pet.  This group was a BLAST!  What a thoughtful way to celebrate a mother's 70th birthday than by a Sunday night dinner!  It was such an honor to celebrate you, Lynda.

This group selected the "Spring Menu" for their private group -- Herb Roasted Chicken, Artichoke Cheese Squares, Spring Vegetable & Goat Cheese Tart, and Mason Jar Carrot Cake with Brown Sugar Cream Cheese Frosting.  I was overjoyed to hear that Carrot Cake is a family favorite.  How perfect!

The flavorful chicken was enjoyed by all...but I reminded them that the best was saved for last! My carrot cake recipe bakes so perfectly in a mason jar.  And the frosting...to die for!

The sun gave the last little birthday surprise to Lynda with a beautiful glow over the Elkhorn River Valley.  Happiest of birthdays to you Lynda!  Cheers!  XOXO Paula
