Competing with Soufflé

On May 11th, we welcomed in a group ready to compete! The menu was "French Creme Countryside" and the goal was to see who could cook the best Soufflé. (It was a tie!) Along with the Soufflé was a French Martini, Tomato Tart with Herbs de Provence, and Cherry Clafoutis- delicious! It was another successful class with another amazing group. Thanks for making the night special!
