Calabrian Pasta
Ingredients:
16 Ounces Spaghetti
2 Tablespoons Salted Butter
2 Tablespoons Graza Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Parmesan
½ Loaf of Rosemary Bread
3 Garlic Cloves
Sauce:
2 Tablespoons Butter
1-2 Tablespoons Graza
1-2 Tablespoons Calabrian Hot Pepper Sauce (depending on spice level)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions:
Put a large pot of water on and cook your pasta until al dente, around 9 or so minutes.
In a large pan, add the Olive Oil and Butter to melt.
Crumble the Rosemary Bread into pieces and add it to the pan.
Add grated Parmesan to the pan and give everything a mix.
Toss and evenly coat your breadcrumbs until they are nice and crispy. When they are about finished, remove from the heat and let them finish off on the burner.
Starting your sauce, mince your Garlic and add it to Olive Oil and Butter.
Take OFF the burner! And add your Calabrian Chillis. Stir!
Strain your pasta, toss in your sauce, and top with big Parmesan strips.
