Pumpkin Bundt Cake
Ingredients:
3 Cups Sugar
1 15-ounce can of Pumpkin
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
4 Room Temperature Eggs
2/3 Cup Water
3 1/2 Cups Flour
1 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees,
Spray your Bundt Pan with cooking spray over the sink.
Combine your wet ingredients in a large mixing bowl or Kitchenaid Mixer, starting with Sugar, Pumpkin, Vegetable Oil, Eggs, and Water.
In a separate bowl, whisk together your dry ingredients. Flour, Cinnamon, Salt, and Baking Soda. As the Mixer is going at a low speed, spoon your dry ingredients into the Pumpkin Mixture. Scrape the bottom of the bowl occasionally, but do not over-mix! Once the batter is smooth, slowly pour it into your prepared Bundt Pan.
Place in the oven for 50-60 minutes or when it has a deep golden brown color and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Cool completely before turning over and releasing the cake from the pan. Your home will smell amazing too!
