Leftover Turkey Cranberry Sliders

Ingredients:

8 ounces Soft Cream Cheese

2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise

2 Tablespoons Sour Cream

1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard

1/2 Teaspoon Curry Powder

1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne

24 Bread Rolls

1 Cup Cranberry Sauce

3 Tablespoons Minced Onion

5 Ounces (half-stick) Butter

Leftover Turkey!

Instructions:

Combine Cream Cheese, Mayonnaise, Sour Cream, Dijon Mustard, Curry Powder, and Cayenne in a bowl with a hand mixer.

In a separate bowl, mix together Cranberry Sauce & Minced Onion.

Without separating the Rolls individually, cut all of the rolls in half, you can do this by slowly cutting the perimeter.

Coat the bottom of the Rolls with the Cream Cheese mixture, then the lids.

Place in a pan and begin layering with the leftover Turkey, then Cranberry Sauce, and top with the upper half of the Rolls.

Brush the tops of the Rolls with melted Butter.

Cover with tinfoil and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

For the last 10 minutes, uncover!
