Roasted Garlic Butter Turkey Breast

Ingredients:

6 Tablespoons Butter

4 Cloves Garlic

Chopped Fresh Thyme

Chopped Parsley

Cooking Spray

1 Lemon

1 Onion

2 Teaspoons Salt

1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper

1 Turkey

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.

In a bowl mix together your softened Butter, 4 Garlic cloves, Thyme, and Parsley to make a Garlic Butter.

Place sliced Lemons and Oniond on the bottom of your pan with any extra Parsley & Thyme.

Pat your Turkey dry and coat the it with the Garlic Butter, half on the inside of the skin and half on the outside. Season with Salt and Pepper.

Place in the oven at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes, you may add a splash of water to the roasting pan for moisture.

Drop the oven temperature to 325 degrees until the Chicken Breast is at 160 degrees internally.

Let stand, the Turkey’s temperature will rise while it rests and continue to cook!
