Apple-Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients:

4 Small Pork Chops

½ a Red Apple

2 Tablespoons Butter

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

½ Cup of Chicken Broth

½ Cup of Apple Cider

2 Cups of All-Purpose Flour

2 Cloves of Garlic

½ Teaspoon Dijon Mustard

Salt to Taste

A Bundle of Thyme

Instructions:

Season your Small Pork Chops with Salt and Pepper, and then dredge them in All-Purpose Flour.

In a skillet, combine 2 Tablespoons of Butter and 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil over medium-high heat.

Sear the Pork Chops until golden brown on each side and then set aside.

In the same skillet, add your minced Garlic Cloves, some sprigs of fresh Thyme, and half of a sliced Apple.

Turn the heat to low, and sauté until the Pork Chop gets soft and tender.

Add Chicken Stock, Apple Cider, and Dijon Mustard to your pan. Whisk until combined, and reduce.

Add your Pork Chops back to the pan, warm up, and finish cooking on low.

Pour sauce and glazed apples over the chops when serving and garnish with Fresh Thyme.

Enjoy :).
