Christmas Fettuccine

Ingredients:

1 Large Shallot (or 2 Small)

2-3 Garlic Cloves

12-16 Ounces Fettuccine Pasta

1 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese

1-2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

2 Ounces Butter

A Splash White Wine

1 ½ Cup Heavy Whipping Cream

¼ Tablespoon White Pepper

Salt to Taste

Instructions:

Bring salted water to boil (it should taste like salt water).

Mince 1 Large Shallot (or 2 Small).

Mince 2-3 Large Garlic cloves.

Drop your Fettuccine Pasta for 10-11 minutes.

Shred your Parmesan.

In a pan, add Olive Oil to melt with your Butter.

Add in your Shallot and Sauté until translucent.

Add minced Garlic Cloves.

Add a splash of White Wine and reduce.

Add your Heavy Whipping Cream.

Turn down the heat and let simmer, adding White Pepper.

Add the Parmesan and turn off the heat to let it melt.

Add your Al Dente Noodles to the Fettuccine sauce and fold them together.

Finish with some Salt.

Garnish with extra Parmesan.
