Christmas Ornament Cheese Balls
Ingredients:
1 ½ Cups Macadamia Nuts
4 Blocks Cream Cheese
4 Ounces Baby Swiss Cheese
8 Ounces Extra Sharp White Cheddar Cheese
⅓ Cup Sour Cream
1 Large Garlic Clove
1 Teaspoon Lawry’s Seasoning
2 Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
Pomegranate Seeds
Dill Weed
Instructions:
On medium heat, toast the Macadamia Nuts.
In a mixing bowl, start with Cream Cheese, add Sour Cream, and add Shredded Baby Swiss and Extra Sharp White Cheddar Cheese.
Grate your Garlic Clove in and add Lawry’s Seasoning and Worcestershire Sauce.
Mix together with a hand mixer!
Toss the Toasted Macadamia Nuts in and mix.
Tear three pieces of Saran Wrap and divide the mixture evenly atop each.
Using the Saran Wrap, form the Cheese into spheres. They should be a little bigger than a softball.
Place them in the fridge to set for an hour.
Roll one of the balls in Pomegranate Seeds, and press the extra Seeds into the gaps.
Roll the second ball in Shredded White Cheddar Cheese.
Sprinkle the final ball with Dill Weed.
To dress up, tie a bow using festive-colored alternative ribbons and press in an ornament hook.
Place them back in the fridge to set before serving!
