3 Tablespoons Olive Oil

2 Ounces Butter

Salt & Pepper to Taste

1-2 Garlic Cloves

1 Rib-Eye

½ Cup Sour Cream

2 Teaspoons Extra-Hot Horseradish

½ Teaspoon Dijon Mustard

½ Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

A Splash of Heavy Whipping Cream

A Bundle of Chives

Instructions:

Cut your Ciabatta Loaf into bite-size pieces.

Lay them on a cookie sheet, drizzle each with Olive Oil, and season with Salt and Pepper.

Put it into the oven to broil until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Watch closely!

Take out of the oven and with fresh Garlic cloves, rub each Crostini.

Season thinly-sliced Rib-eye with Salt and Pepper.

Sear in a hot skillet with Butter and Olive Oil, it will cook quickly!

Sear to your liking and set aside to rest.

In a bowl, add Sour Cream, Extra-Hot Horseradish, Dijon Mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and a pinch of Salt and Pepper.

Finish with a splash of Heavy Whipping Cream and mix well.

Chop up fresh Chives and set some aside.

Roughly chop Ribeye against the grain if there is one.

Layer the Ribeye on the toasted Crostinis.

Dollop the Horseradish sauce.

Garnish with Chives!

Enjoy :).
