Buffalo Chicken Garlic Cheese Bread

Ingredients:

Dry Rub

1 1/2 Pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (Butterflied)

5 Minced Garlic Cloves

2 Tablespoons Melted Butter

1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley

1 Teaspoon Dried Dill

1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

1 Teaspoon Seasoning Salt

1/2 Teaspoon White Pepper

1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt

Garlic Butter Spread

1 Italian Bread Loaf

1/2 Cup Butter

1/2 Cup Hellmans Mayonnaise

4 Minced Garlic Cloves

4 Ounces Mozzarella

4 Ounces White Extra Cheddar

4 Ounces Provolone

Pinch of Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

1/4 Cup of your Favorite Buffalo Wing Sauce


Toppings

Your Favorite Buffalo Wing Sauce

Chopped Green Onion

Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions:

Brush Chicken Breasts with Melted Butter and place in a shallow baking pan.

Generously sprinkle Chicken with the Dry Rub Seasonings.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until JUST done. (don’t overbake) Let cool.

Slice the Chicken diagonally into strips. Set aside.

Place Butter in a small pot on the stove and cook with your Minced Garlic Cloves on medium heat until the Garlic becomes fragrant. Set aside to cool slightly.

Place Mayonnaise, Shredded Cheese, Buffalo Sauce, and Red Pepper Flakes in a bowl and combine with the Garlic Butter mixture. Mix until smooth and spreadable.

Slice the Italian Bread Loaf into thick vertical bite slices. Place on a cookie sheet, and spread each with the Garlic and Cheese Buffalo Mixture.

Layer a couple of strips of sliced Chicken over the top of each Cheese Bread and drizzle with a little more Buffalo Wing Sauce. Top with Grated Parmesan.

Bake in a 425-degree oven for 7-10 minutes or until melted and gooey.

Sprinkle Chopped Green Onions on the top!
