Grilled Sharp Cheddar Turkey Burgers
Ingredients:
2-3 Ounces of Shredded Sharp White Cheddar
1 Pound Ground Turkey
1 Scant Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 Grated Garlic Clove
¼ Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
½ Teaspoon Wragges Special Seasoning
¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper
2-3 Tablespoons Shredded Butter
Burger Aioli
⅓ Cup Hellman’s Mayonnaise
¼ Teaspoon Dried Basil
¼ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon Grainy Dijon Mustard
1 Head of Butter Lettuce
½ of a Tomato
4 Hamburger Buns
Any other Toppings you like on your Burger!
Instructions:
Add your Shredded Sharp White Cheddar, Ground Turkey, Dijon Mustard, Garlic Clove, Panko Bread Crumbs, Special Seasoning, Black Pepper, and Shredded Butter in a bowl.
Mix until combined, be sure not to overmix!
Form 4 Patties and set them in the fridge to chill for 20-30 minutes.
In another bowl, start your Aioli with Hellmann's Mayonnaise, Dried Basil, Garlic Powder, and Dried Dijon Mustard (or any grainy Mustard). Mix.
Put the grill on high heat and add your Buns to toast.
Remove your Buns and add your Patties, cook for about 8 minutes on each side.
Assemble Lettuce, Tomato, Turkey Burger, and Aioli on the lid.
