Black Bean Chorizo Sheet Pan Nachos
Ingredients:
1 Dollop of Sour Cream
1 Can of Black Beans
9 Ounces of Pork Chorizo
½ a Tomato
A Handful of Cilantro
½ a Bag of Tortilla Chips
4-5 Ounces Mild Cheddar Cheese
¼ Cup of Salsa
½ a Jar of Cheez Whiz
2 Tablespoons of Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Avocado
1-2 Jalapeños
2 Green Onions
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Begin by frying your Pork Chorizo and cook for about 10-15 minutes.
In a separate pan on medium heat, cook a quick Queso with Cheez Whiz, Salsa, & Heavy Whipping Cream for 8-10 minutes.
Grate your Mild Cheddar Cheese.
Strain your Black Beans and give them a rinse.
On a baking sheet, add your Tortilla Chips, Cheese, Chorizo, Black Beans, and Queso. Save a little bit of Queso for later.
Place in the oven for about 10 minutes.
Prep your Veggies by tearing up some Cilantro and chopping your Tomato, Green Onions, Jalapeños, and Avocado while the Nachos cook up.
Remove them from the oven and pour over the rest of the Queso.
Add on all of your toppings with a Dollop of Sour Cream in the middle. Top with Cilantro.
