Pesto Chicken Ciabatta Sandwich
Ingredients:
6 Sweet Cocktail Tomatoes
Salt
Pepper
Sugar
Dried Basil
Olive Oil
Butter
Store-Bought Pesto
Provolone
6oz Chicken Breast
Ciabatta
Prosciutto
Instructions:
Slice the Tomatoes and place them on a baking sheet.
Drizzle Olive Oil and sprinkle Salt, Pepper, and Dried Basil over the top.
Place in the oven at 375 degrees to roast.
Pound your Chicken Breasts for an even cook.
Mix an even amount of Pesto and Butter in a small dish.
Sear Prosciutto in a Skillet with Olive Oil for 5-10 minutes, it will shrink!
Spread the Pesto Butter on your Ciabatta bun.
Remove your Prosciutto, add your Ciabatta Buns butter-side down to the pan, and toast over medium-high heat until golden brown.
Season your Chicken with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Powder. Cook on the stovetop with Olive Oil 5-7 minutes.
Add Provolone over the top of the Chicken Breast in your pan and cover to melt.
Assemble your sandwich with the Chicken, Proscuitto, and Tomatoes.
Cut in half and enjoy!
