Spring Focaccia

Ingredients:

Olive Oil

Frozen Rhodes Bread

Yellow Bell Pepper

Green Bell Pepper

Shallot

Medley Tomatoes

Rosemary

Oregano

Thyme

Dill

Instructions:

Spray a pan with Cooking Spray, cover your Dough with Saran Wrap, and let the Focaccia rise in a warm, draft-free area.

Preheat your oven to 325 degrees.

Heavily drizzle a cooking sheet with Olive Oil.

Stretch the bread on your pan with little fingerprint indents. The little indents hold more Oil!

With clean hands, work the Oil into the Bread, slowly working the Bread into the outer edges of the pan.

Slice your assorted Veggies and press them into the Bread to make a colorful garden! Add Herbs, more Olive Oil, and sprinkle with Sea Salt. You can get as creative as you’d like with this!

Cook until crisp and golden on the edges and remove from the oven. About 25 to 30 minutes. Cut and serve!
