Floral Cake Decorating

Ingredients + Tools: 

Fish Spatula 

Butter Knife 

Cake Platter 

Sprinkles 

Store-bought Cake 

Food Coloring 

Blood Orange 

Mint 

Blackberries 

Florals 

Macadamia Nuts 

Instructions:

Begin by removing all of the white frosting from your store-bought cake, being careful not to get your cake in the bowl, as it will make it crumbly. Using the backside of a butter knife is great for this!

Using Red and Yellow food coloring, mix them with the scraped frosting.

Grab a fish spatula and lift your cake onto your desired serving platter.

Ice your cake using a butter knife, wash your florals, and begin decorating!

Cut a Blood Orange, pick some Mint, and place on top.

Finish with Sprinkles, Macadamia Nuts, and any Fruit that you’d like!
