Apple Butter Drop Biscuits

Ingredients:

2 Cups All-Purpose Flour 

1 Tablespoon Sugar 

2 Teaspoons Baking Powder 

1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda 

3/4 Teaspoon Salt 

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon 

1 Cup Apple Butter 

1/3 Cup Buttermilk

1/2 Cup of Melted Butter  

Apple Butter

2 Tablespoons Butter

1 Teaspoon Sugar

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon 

Instructions: 

Preheat your oven to 375°F and oil a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet. 

Sift and mix your dry ingredients, and add your wet ingredients to a separate bowl.

Slowly incorporate the wet and dry ingredients by folding them together. 

Using a cookie scoop, place 6-8 Biscuits on your baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until dark golden brown. 

While those bake, make your Apple Butter by melting 2 tablespoons of Butter and mixing with 1 teaspoon of Sugar and 1 teaspoon of Cinnamon.

Remove your Biscuits from the oven, and baste the Biscuits with the Apple Butter.

Serve warm and enjoy :).
