Tomato Basil Garlic

Ingredients:
4-6 tomatoes (diced)
2 garlic cloves (chopped)
2 whole garlic cloves (peeled)
3 Tbl. extra virgin olive oil
2 1/4 tsp. balsamic vinegar
2 tsp chopped fresh basil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

You’ll Need:
2 large serving bowls
2 serving spoons
1 large serving platter
small plates for guests

Bread:
grilled sliced italian / french bread
(rub garlic cloves on top + bottom)

Presentation:
let stand at room temp for 20 minutes
or, refrigerate for up to 3 hours
