Fancy Lemon Spaghetti

Ingredients:
1 Meyer Lemon (Zest and Juice)
4 TB Butter
2 TB Olive Oil
4 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
1 Cup Grated Fresh Parmesan
1/3 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Package of Spaghetti (7 ounces)
Salt and Pepper to Taste

 
 

Directions:
Cook pasta for two minutes less than the packages says.

In a large skillet, melt butter with olive oil.
Add in lemon zest, lemon juice and garlic.
(do this while pasta cooks)

When pasta is ready, add to your skillet - tossing to coat.
Add in parmesan cheese.
Add in 1-2 ladles of pasta h20.

 
 

Finish with the cream.
Plate the pasta.
Top with more parmesan cheese.
