Crustless Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients:
4 Eggs
1 Can Pumpkin Puree
1 12-ounce Can Evaporated Milk
1 1/2 Cups of Sugar
2 Teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
1 cup Chopped Pecans
1 Cup Butter
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together Eggs, Pumpkin Puree, Evaporated Milk, Sugar, Salt, and Pumpkin Pie Spice in a bowl.
Pour into a 9x13 inch sprayed pan.
Sprinkle Yellow Cake Mix and nuts overtop the liquid mixture, do not mix!
Drizzle with Butter (No stirring!)
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour!
Serve with whipped cream or your favorite vanilla ice cream.
