Pecan Praline Baked Brie
Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Butter
3/4 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Brie Wheel
1 1/2 Cups of Pecans
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
In a small pan, melt your Butter and add Dark Brown Sugar.
Whisk in Heavy Cream for 2-3 minutes.
Let it bubble around the edges for about 2 minutes (no stirring).
Remove from the heat and whisk in the Baking Soda.
Cool the praline to thicken for 15-20 minutes.
Place the Brie Wheel in a dish (removing the top) and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.
Toast Pecans and place over the cooked Brie.
Pour your Praline sauce over the top, you may have some leftover!
Serve with Ritz crackers, French Bread, or Nan!
