Pizza: Three Ways

On August 23rd, we welcomed in a group of couples for a menu that's far too underrated- "Pizza Party!" What a party it was! Toasted Parmesan Zucchini, Homemade Pizza Dough, Paula’s Pizza Sauce, Pizza Margherita, White Pizza with Arugula and Prosciutto, and Nutella Pizza with Cannoli Cream! So so delicious! Thank you to my students for being such great help with all your hands-on help. What a fun-filled evening!

60th Birthday Bash!

Last week, we had the honor of hosting a 60th birthday party for a wonderful family! The menu of the night was, you guessed it, "Casa de Creme"! Roja Blender Salsa, Creamy Verde Enchiladas, Mexican Haystacks, and Fried Ice Cream! With the help of our ice cream rollers, the night was a fantastic success! Thanks for celebrating with us, here's to many more happy birthdays!

Mexican Food Coma

On June 27th, we commemorated the insane heat with an even hotter menu- Casa de Creme! Have you heard of it? (; To make the night better, we had an amazing group to tag along, as they were celebrating a birthday! Happy 40th, Arvin! After Roja Blender Salsa, Mexican Haystacks, Creamy Verde Chicken Enchiladas, and Fried Ice Cream, how could you ask for a better way to celebrate?

Sautéing Away

We were ecstatic to host, once again, our monthly public class on June 14th. The menu was "Sauté Away"- and it was nothing short of fabulous! Potato & Summer Veggie en Papillote, Pan Seared Wild Cod with Brown Butter Herb Sauce, and topping the ensemble off was White Chocolate Creams. If you're stomach isn't growling yet, you may have a problem. (; Thanks for another wonderful public class, and I hope you can use what you've learned in your own kitchens!

Pad Thai Party

On May 25th, we were ecstatic to feature the Thai Classics menu once again, and with a record-breaking amount of attendees. Woohoo! And to top it off, we celebrated our newly inducted member into the Creme Club, Rita Rasmussen! The menu started out with Pork Spring Rolls, then Chicken Pad Thai, and finally, Crying Tiger! It was a delicious meal to go with a beautiful sunset. You couldn't really ask for any better!

Creme Meets Indian

On May 18th, we had the pleasure of featuring a new menu for our May public class- "A Taste of India". The menu featured Naan Bread, Coconut Lime Rice, Chicken Tikka Masala, and a Mango Lassi Dessert. Needless to say, the food was absolutely delicious, and the students were open to the new dishes and helping out! Thanks for another successful public class, and for those interested, we are happily adding this menu to our private class list- so, enjoy!

Competing with Soufflé

On May 11th, we welcomed in a group ready to compete! The menu was "French Creme Countryside" and the goal was to see who could cook the best Soufflé. (It was a tie!) Along with the Soufflé was a French Martini, Tomato Tart with Herbs de Provence, and Cherry Clafoutis- delicious! It was another successful class with another amazing group. Thanks for making the night special!

Celebrating 150 Classes

April 27th was a special day at Creme de la Creme- our 150th class! The celebration featured an all-too underrated menu, "Grillin' Cuban Style". Mojito, Crispy Plantains, Mojo Grilled Chicken with Beans, and Tres Leches Cake to top it off. A delicious way to celebrate an amazing milestone. As I said in class, I wouldn't be at 150 without any of my amazing students. Thank you!
